Episode 33: Gertie's Family

Today I present a VERY adult oriented story, Gertie's Family.

Our introduction comes from Jon Burroughs of the Hell's Kitchen Podcast. Thank you Jon, excellent performance!

As I mentioned in the outro babble portion of the show, I would really appreciate it if you'd find it in your heart to take a second and show some love for CLMW at Digg.com. I think it is one of the best ways to get noticed on the web today, or I wouldn't ask you to bother.

Finally, HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope you were partying hardy while I got this episode ready for you on this new year's eve. I was doing what I wanted to do, and I hope you were, too. Much love, and thank you for listening.

Merry Christmas from a TON of Podcasters!

A quick dose of holiday cheer for you, in audio format! "The Update Before Christmas" is a parody of "The Night Before Christmas," performed by a huge group of podcast hosts from the Podcast Pickle Community. See how many voices you recognize, and if you can pick out my line! If you're curious who everybody is and what shows they do, you can find out here. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Episode 32: The Man Who Loved Children

Tis the season for The Man Who Loved Children. I hope you enjoy, despite the fact that I sound like a bullfrog in this one. I'm not going to let some freaking microscopic bug prevent me from spreading my particular version of goodwill to man.

Thanks so much to Kari for her rendition of the opening poem! I think those of you of the male persuasion are going to enjoy this one. Or maybe I'm just a horndog.

Also, as a public service announcement to the horror junkies in my audience, I mention a site called Fearnet. Free movies and a pretty cool community of horror lovers to be found here. No money exchanged hands for this mention, but I think it's pretty cool, and wanted to share.

I hope you all have a safe and happy holiday season! Thanks for listening.

1-650-644-1923 to Hear CLMW on Your Phone

Just a quick announcement:

Thanks to a site called Podlinez, you can now hear the latest episode of "Come, Let Me Whisper" on your telephone. So, if you ever find yourself bored, without your mp3 player, you can simply call the number above and enjoy. Or you can be like me and say to your friends, "Dude, check this out," and then hand them the phone. I like to mess with people that way. Kinda neat, I think. I'm not sure what their business model is, but as long as it's not costing me anything... just another way to spread the wholesome, sunny, goodness that is CLMW.

Episode 31: The Moonlight Circus

Took a break over the Thanksgiving holiday, but now The Moonlight Circus is available. I think you'll find it a lot more action oriented, and violent, than my usual stuff. I could easily see this one as a comic book. Thanks go out to Randy for inspiring and helping me sculpt this one.

Thanks a-plenty also go out to listener Harvey for his spine-tingling rendition of the opening poem. Cool stuff, man!

I also mention in this episode that a listener from way back, George from Texas, was traveling through Tennessee this weekend, so we met up for lunch. A good time was had, and I want to wish George the best of luck in his new endeavor. Here's a snapshot, in case you don't believe me :-)

Thank you for listening to Come, Let Me Whisper. I hope you enjoy this episode! As always, you can let me know what you think in the comments section below.
