Revelations

Bridging the gap between psychological and supernatural horror, Revelations is the story of Jamie Shetter, a psychiatrist on the brink of existential crisis. Unfortunately, her move from private practice to public service is of no help, as she discovers "truths" that have her questioning not only the nature of her existence, but her sanity.

I haven't had a chance to listen to the past few shows because my ipod is being repaired and I can't concentrate on shows while they're playing in itunes. Retarded I know, anyway just wanted to say I'm really excited that Revelations is up and I'm going to listen tonight before bed ;D

Hey Russell,
Just finished ep.1 of Revelations. It's great so far, and I look forward to the next episode! You've built up a good deal of suspense as to what the situation is with Jerry and the strange cast of characters that populate this work. Thanks again for great entertainment!

It's probably very obvious, but the cover is one of those pictures that I just catch the wrong way and for the life of me can't make out what it is. What exactly is it?

I can empathize, Laird, trust me... especially with a low rez image. But in an effort to let you get the image yourself, and not just give it away, (I hope you see this as fun, and not me being an asshole, because you have been a GREAT listener)I have to ask if you've listened to the prologue (episode 1) yet...

haha ok, I'll deffinately be listening very soon. I haven't been able to listen to anything past Casey's Sacrifice pt 4 because my ipod is still being repaired. No matter how hard I try to listen to anything while I'm sitting here online I can not concentrate at all. I end up zoning out for whole sections at a time, with headphones I can concentrate 1000 times better. But good news! Best Buy says it's been sent back from apple and should be in for pickup today ;D I'll deffinately be listening again as soon as I get it back. And leaving super long rambling comments, of course.

I'll leave a longer comment later, too sleepy now, but I just listened to the epilogue and the thought that was with me the whole time was that I'm so glad this isn't just a short story because I really like these charecters and everything that's happening. Can't wait to hear more and get to episode 2 tomorrow. I'm really looking forward to Revelations. Great work AS ALWAYS.

Rockin' story so far, huge fan of this and your CLMW series. One problem though that has bugged the hell out of me enough to make me leave a comment is that the intro/outro music for revelations has that loud tone that is significantly louder than the rest of the track. If this were nixed it would make the episodes a bit easier for me to take when they pop up in my playlist. Don't know if anyone else has a problem with it, just thought I should let you know.

Glad you're enjoying, Oberonix. Thanks for the feedback about the sound levels. I'll definitely keep an eye out for any more coments about it. I wouldn't want to stop people from listening over something like that...
Thanks again,
Russell

I just want to commend you on Revelations. For the first time in what seems like ages I actually shuddered, thank you for that; it was sorely needed. I can't wait to hear more of your works in the future. Again thank you and bravo!

hey russel, great story man, my favorite podiobook as of now. its really gripping, and you manage to find cliff hangers to leave off at every episode..

Also just a little suggestion..it would be cool if you included a short little "previously on" segment before each new episode, just to catch everyone up and to remind us what important happened at the end of the last episode.

Howdy, Russell. I'm really enjoying "Revelations"! Love the storyline so far, and can't wait for next week's episode. It makes work bearable, and a hell of a lot more frightening than retail business coordinating usually is... usually....
Your new book is intelligently written, with great production values and narration. Its Wheaties for the neo-cortex and Red Bull for the lizard-brain. (There's gotta be a fiber joke in there somewhere....)
Again, thanks for the great story and please keep 'em coming!

I'm loving this story - so much that I featured you in the episode #1 Zone Review to tell everybody about CLMW and Revelations! I'm impatient for more at the end of every episode and am looking forward to the next one already.

This story's turning out to be one hell of a ride. Wonder what mom has to say about the book she stole from Alistair's crispy clutches? I think Jamie's in for a rough time pretty soon. As always, great work, Russell, and looking forward to more!

hey long time no 'see'.. I've finally got some time on my hands and got to relisten to the first couple chapters and I'm really really loving it all over again. I plan to listen to the entire thing tonight and tomorrow so expect to hear a lot more from me soon. Thanks as always for taking your time to put up the great stories

Just thought I would let you know that you are doing an incredible job with revelations so far. I am up to ep 13 and am completely trapped by it! I really like the fact you DON'T do long intro's and commentary around your story. I find that annoying even around the best stories. Keep it up and much luck to you.

Hi Russell, I've been listening to 'come let me whisper' and have really enjoyed it so far, especially your reading of the episodes, and the sense of humour (black as it is) you bring to some of the stories. I look forward to listening to more, and downloading 'revelations'in the future. As I listen on my Ipod on my way to work, my commute is now very enjoyable, and I look forward to the 30mins or so where I get to relax and listen to your tales. Time well spent on my part - keep it up
