Episode 53: Chris, Interrupted

Chris, Interrupted is today's story. If you are a new listener, first of all WELCOME, and second of all you might want to check out a couple of these stories before listening to this one, although it isn't strictly necessary:

Companion (part 1) - Companion (part 2)
Seance
Bowl Full (part 1) - Bowl Full (part 2)
Tenet of Belief
The Hole

As I mention on the show, this episode marks the TWO YEAR anniversary of CLMW, and I truly thank you all for listening and giving me so much encouragement over that time! Much love.

Congrats on two years! I've been a fan for a while and it's been a treat!

Wow! That does it, that takes the cake for one of the funniest Chris and Tommy stories ever! Great job! Poor Tommy, how's he gonna get out of this one?

Once again congrats and I hope I enjoy your show for many for episodes!

indeed, funniest chris and tommy story yet. i was literally giggling as i walked through the night listening to it.

one thing that i always think about when one of these come up though; didn't tommy get eaten way back when? i'm not complaining mind you, i'll overlook just about anything if i can get to keep listening to my favorite horror duo.

and finally, congrats on making two years. i'm amazed that you've been able to improve so much, considering how awesome your stuff already was at the start. keep on keep'n on.

J, you are absolutely correct. And for that matter, Chris bought the farm once as well... but that's all I'm going to say about that... for now :-)

And while I'm here, THANK YOU all for your warm congratulations. Puts a big old smile on my face, for sure!

Another great story with two great characters, Chris and Tommy. What a bloody sense of humour!

Congratulations for two years of CLMW, Russel, and thank you for sharing your talent.

In a nutshell, after two years of CLMW, I still never really now what to expect on the next show, and, while listening to a show, I never know for certain how it's going to end. And that's what I love about CLMW.

I would also like to emphasize how important it is for us, the audience, to know that you apreciate our feedback.

Congrats on two years of frights and great stories, Russell. That was an excellent choice for your anniverary story. What one would call an instant classic. These stories would make excellent short films as well. Have you thought about taking them to that level. Again thanks and congratulations,
Jim

Jim, you nailed that one on the head- I've always been interested in film, and would love to see my fiction in that format. As to making it happen... that's a tough row to hoe. I definitely appreciate the encouragement, though!

Congrats on two years!

And my favorite guys have another go to celebrate As usual, someone winds up dead. You know, I'm trying to make my own Chris-and-Tommy-esque characters because I just love yours so much! I doubt they'll ever be as good, but they say imitation is the cheapest form of plagiarism. I think I'll name them Chuck and Timmy. What do you think? j/k

Keep it up!
