The Watchbird has now made its way into existence. I like to consider this one sort of a parable. One of my favorite stories that I have written. So, give it a listen and let me know what you think!
Stories of the Macabre by Russell L Burt
Come, let me whisper, words that no man should speak aloud
Their rightful place a page, to be torn from its source
Shredded from existence, At least hidden from light
That only a darker man may read, For flighty society
defines no place, Save that of closets with locks
Clubs without signs, And, of course, their minds

Incredible story. My favorite so far. Actually listened to this one with the lights off, your descriptive words make it easy to get pulled in and visualize the story. Your published right?
Okay I get the parable... stopping worrying right now! Thanks to Kelly for inspring the story.
Ok, ok, so it took me a while to finally "crack the covers" of this podiobook but I am hooked now. RL, you are quite a fine young writer. Your style and twists are very enjoyable. I have come to look forward to each episode. I just hope that the horror part actually comes pretty soon. I like a pulse-quickener in my literature.
Keep up the commendable work.
